Borith is a Human Capital Partner at Iter Advisors. He supports SMEs and startups on HR structuring, financial talent recruitment and people management in high-growth contexts.

At Iter Advisors, Borith leads the Human Capital practice, which supports growth-stage companies on their most critical HR challenges: finance and management talent recruitment, HR function structuring, salary policy design and high-performance team building. His engagements primarily target post-Series A startups and SMEs with 20 to 150 employees that need an operational HR function but are not yet ready to hire a full-time CHRO. As a fractional CHRO, Borith works on defining HR policies, writing and structuring job descriptions, ensuring compliance with labour law, managing payroll coordination and engaging with employee representatives. He also specialises in recruiting finance profiles (CFO, Financial Controller, Management Controller, Financial Analysts), with a deep understanding of the technical skills and soft skills these roles require. His approach combines operational rigour with strategic vision: he helps founders build finance organisations that can absorb rapid growth without losing quality or team cohesion. Borith speaks fluent French and English and works across France, Spain, and Belgium.
