At Iter Advisors, Tom is the M&A specialist. He is involved throughout the transaction cycle: from initial strategic analysis to final closing, through financial due diligence, valuation and term negotiation. His engagements cover vendor advisory (sale structuring, data room preparation, negotiation support) and buyer advisory (buy-side due diligence, synergy analysis, post-acquisition business plan modelling). Beyond M&A transactions, Tom provides fractional CFO services to growth-stage SMEs: management reporting, cash flow management, fundraising preparation and financial process structuring. He specialises in tech, services and light manufacturing sectors. His approach combines financial rigour with business acumen, with an ability to quickly grasp each company's specific challenges. Tom speaks fluent French and English.
