Internship - Marketing and Growth Assistant

The Marketing and Growth Intern will work closely with the Senior Finance Consultant, CFO and Partners, and will be responsible for designing and executing our marketing strategy: branding, content and lead generation tunnel activation.

Founded in 2021, Iter Advisors is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to strengthen its Marketing & Sales strategy to support this expansion.

Reporting line
You'll work with the founding team and external consultants, and be trained and mentored by marketing professionals. You'll have access to an extensive network of B2B marketing experts to help you learn and deliver real results.
Missions and Responsibilities
Defining and managing content strategy
- Identify sources of information on relevant topics
- Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar
Content creation and publication
- Produce content for various media(LinkedIn, blog, white papers)
- Editing and publishing written and video content
Lead generation through prospecting campaigns
- Define a lead acquisition strategy(targeting, database nurturing)
- Implement and test tools to optimize prospecting sequences
- Execute cold emailing strategies
Experimentation and innovation
- Identify new communication channels to develop Iter Advisors' reputation
- Test new approaches(events, online content) with a dedicated budget
Monitoring and reporting
- Create and maintain a dashboard to track the number of opportunities generated and their evolution
- Regular monitoring of existing opportunities
Profile sought
Degree: Business school, university or specialized training in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Business Administration
Skills and qualities required
- Good knowledge of strategic and operational marketing (ability to use marketing tools and understand the challenges of a marketing mix)
- Good understanding of corporate finance and ability to attract the attention of our target audience (CFOs, executives, entrepreneurs)
- Comfortable with data analysis and the creation of marketing and financial reports
- Ability to defend decisions rationally and empathetically, inspiring confidence and credibility
- Creative and inquisitive, always looking for ways to improve and willing to try out new ideas
- Attention to detail and rigorous execution of tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to clearly explain strategies and methodologies
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- At ease with technological tools, especially Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English, Spanish a plus
