Senior Finance Manager — join Iter Advisors
Join Iter Advisors as Senior Finance Manager to manage the execution of client missions, coordinate teams of analysts and support our fractional CFOs in the management of our portfolio of tech startups.
The role
As Senior Finance Manager, you will be the operational link between our fractional CFOs and our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- • Coordinate and execute financial missions for our clients (reporting, cash flow, closings)
- • Lead the teams of financial analysts on each mission
- • Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables (accounting standards, best practices)
- • Be the client's preferred contact for operational questions
- • Identify process improvements and optimize deadlines
- • Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior analysts
Profile sought
Experience required
- • 5-8 years of experience in an accounting firm or in internal financial management
- • Experience in piloting multiple missions in parallel
- • Mastery of tools: Sage, Pennylane, advanced Excel
- • Solid knowledge of general accounting, taxation and reporting
Soft skills
- • Leadership and ability to motivate a team of 2-4 analysts
- • Rigor and attention to detail (numbers are important!)
- • Customer relations: comfortable with communication and negotiation
- • Pragmatism: we solve problems, we don't look for excuses
