Lead an international Series B in an unstable regulatory and macroeconomic environment, while running an acquisition in parallel and building a finance function that did not yet exist at this scale.
Strategic financial management and complete outsourcing of the finance function. End-to-end management of Series B: multi-scenario financial model with decision triggers, data room, coordination of due diligence, valuation and negotiation of term sheets. Execution of the acquisition of Eltex in 2024, from sourcing to financial integration. Integration of the Stripe, Payhawk, PayFit and Vuala stack. The case covers the period 2022–2024. The operations mobilised managers, investors and their advisors. The role described here is that of the financial department; their success cannot be attributed to the support of Iter alone.

P&L modelling by channel — DTC, retail and marketplaces. Inventory management and structuring working capital financing. A weekly dashboard for management and shareholders.
The published margin change is measured in percentage points on consolidated gross margin across all channels. The comparison covers two equivalent twelve-month periods, before and after the channel P&L was introduced. The calendar dates of those periods are not published. This result is specific to this engagement and is not a forecast for any other company.

Migration of the ERP and complete structuring of the finance function. Support on complex tax and legal subjects, in conjunction with external advice. Obtaining non-dilutive financing. Participation in strategic decisions, with an assumed role of contradictor of the manager.
